How does pricing work?

Pick a monthly plan (Vibe / Pro / Custom) for included credits at the best per-request rate, or stay on PAYG at $0.90 per 1,000 successful requests. Any plan (including Free) can top up at PAYG rate when included credits run out. Only successful (2xx) responses are billed.

Is there a free tier?

What happens when I run out of credits on a monthly plan?

You can either wait for the next billing cycle (credits reset) or top up immediately at the PAYG rate of $0.90 per 1,000 successful requests. Top-ups never expire and apply across billing cycles.

Do failed requests count against my balance?

No. You're only billed for successful (2xx) responses. Amazon challenge pages, 5xx errors from our backend, and timeouts are free.

How many concurrent requests can I run?

Free: 10 parallel. Vibe: 30. Pro: 50. Custom: 100-500+ depending on tier. Response headers (X-Concurrency-Limit / X-Concurrency-Remaining) tell your client exactly when to back off.

How does the Custom tier work?

Custom is flat $0.50 per 1,000 requests, starting at $100/mo (200,000 requests, 100 concurrent) and scaling exponentially to $2,000/mo (4M requests, 500+ concurrent). Pick a level self-serve or email info@amazonscraperapi.com for a custom SLA and invoice billing.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated credit. Downgrades apply at the next renewal. Any unused included credits in your current cycle stay until cycle end.

Can I refund my unused balance?

Unused prepaid PAYG balance is refundable on request within 30 days of the most recent top-up. Monthly plan fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
